PRX Traffic Manager
All ipoque traffic managers operate as transparent bridges for a seamless integration into any existing network infrastructure. Configuration changes are usually unnecessary. Each traffic manager can be equipped with a bandwidth license subject to model-specific limits.
PRX-5G: Carrier Grade Traffic Manager
- bandwidth > 2 Gbit/s and up to one million subscribers
- integrated hardware bypass for the copper ports and an optional external bypass for the fiber ports that guarantee uninterrupted network connectivity for carrier-grade resiliency
PRX-2000: Gigabit Ethernet Traffic Manager for Fiber and Copper
- bandwidth up to 2 Gbit/s and up to 65,536 subscribers
- integrated hardware bypass for the copper ports and an optional external bypass for the fiber ports
PRX-1000: Traffic Manager for Gigabit Ethernet
- bandwidth up to 1.7 Gbit/s and up to 65,536 subscribers
- integrated hardware bypass
PRX-100: Traffic Manager for Fast Ethernet
- bandwidth up to 100 Mbit/s
- suitable for small and medium networks or links to critical subnets
PRX-100e: Traffic Manager for Fast Ethernet
- bandwidth up to 34 Mbit/s
- for WLANs, community networks or similar small networks
Add-on Modules:
